In addition to tags, it would be wonderful to filter people based upon custom profile fields.
For example: Everyone who has a food allergy can list it in their profile. It would be convenient to filter everyone who has allergies based upon keywords in their profile fields. (Practically, locate everyone who has a dairy allergy for food considerations.)
